Meist obliegt dieses Privileg dem Gastgeber, allerdings kann der Trinkspruch auch von einem der Gäste übernommen werden. Es reicht auch aus, einfach nur das Glas zu erheben und mit dem Tischnachbarn anzustoßen. Derbe Trinksprüche sind ein No-Go, die in jedem Fall vermieden werden sollten. Auch, wenn es sich nur um ein ungezwungenes Abendessen im legeren Rahmen handelt.
Ob in Restaurants oder Hotels im München, fast überall steht dieses Nationalgericht Bayerns auf der Speisekarte: Weißwürste mit süßem Senf. Traditionell werden die weißen, kräftig gewürzten Würste vor 12 Uhr gegessen. Allerdings sind sie auch nach der Mittagszeit noch eine Delikatesse. Passend dazu wird süßer Senf gereicht und es ist durchaus üblich, ein Weißbier zu trinken. Ruhig auch in der antialkoholischen Variante, die zugleich noch den Durst löscht und den Körper mit Vitaminen versorgen kann. So abwechslungsreich ist das bayerische Weißwurstfrühstück.
Ich finde München toll, weil München Großstadt und Dorf zugleich ist. Jedes Viertel ist wie seine ganz eigene Welt. Außerdem ist kaum eine Stadt so grün wie München. Keine 50 Meter hinter dem Ortsausgangsschild ist man dann in deiner persönlichen Provinz mit so vielen schönen Wäldern, Seen und Wiesen, so dass man die anderen 1,4 Mio Menschen aus der überfüllten U-Bahn vergisst. In München hat man alles!
