Wir haben die Vorrundenspiele für die Handballweltmeisterschft in der Olypiahalle besucht. Der Olympiapark ist absolut besuchenswert, wir waren auf dem Fernsehturm mit herausragender Sicht, tollem Restaurant...haben Sealife besucht...und die Olympiahalle bei den 3 Spielen genossen.. Vorher Karlsplatz besucht und shoppen gewesen... Gegessen haben wir im Restaurant Asado Steak...alles super in München Laim und dann gibt es noch so viele tolle historische Gebäude zu besichtigen ..

Der Englische Garten war sehr schön. Es hatte frisch geschneit und zeigte sich ein fröhliches winterliches Treiben dort. Kinder sind an einem Hang Schlitten gefahren und man wurde an vielen Stellen von freundlichen Schneemännern "begrüßt". Auch ein Besuch im Hofbräuhaus ist sehr empfehlenswert. Gerade auch weil dort so viele Touristen aus aller Welt einkehren und offensichtlich viel Spass an der bayerischen Lebensart haben. Wirklich lustig.

Viele Gäste schätzen besonders die private Atmosphäre und genießen diese Bar als Oase der Ruhe nach dem hektischen Businessalltag. Direkt am Odeonsplatz 6 befindet sich ein weiteres Schmankerl der Barszene in München, das Schuhmanns. Das Lokal gehört zu den schicksten Adressen in der Stadt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schlicht, aber dennoch gemütlich gehalten. Die Gäste erleben dort exklusiven Wohnzimmercharakter und können sich durch eine große Getränkekarte probieren.
Die Klimaanlage war ausgefallen (ausgerechnet in der heissesten Zeit). Das Hotel hat direkt angeboten, uns als Wiedergutmachung das Frühstück zu offerieren. Beim Auschecken mussten wir zudem nichts für den Parkplatz und die Getränke aus der Minibar bezahlen. Das war mehr als kulant und eine sehr positive Überraschung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und schön präsentiert.
