In München hat man alles!
Der Park muss zum eigentlichen Olympiagelände gesondert betrachtet werden. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine Erholungsstätte mit zwei Seen, angrenzender Hügellandschaft und zahlreichen Grünflächen. Der Park dient heute als Ort der Erholung und gehört mit seinen 160 ha Fläche zur größten Grünanlagen Münchens. Die beiden vom Regenwasser der futuristischen Dächer der Stadien gespeisten Seen sind zudem ein wichtiger Zwischenstopp für die Zugvögel in den Süden.
