Traditionell werden die weißen, kräftig gewürzten Würste vor 12 Uhr gegessen. Allerdings sind sie auch nach der Mittagszeit noch eine Delikatesse. Passend dazu wird süßer Senf gereicht und es ist durchaus üblich, ein Weißbier zu trinken. Ruhig auch in der antialkoholischen Variante, die zugleich noch den Durst löscht und den Körper mit Vitaminen versorgen kann. So abwechslungsreich ist das bayerische Weißwurstfrühstück.
Die Klimaanlage war ausgefallen (ausgerechnet in der heissesten Zeit). Das Hotel hat direkt angeboten, uns als Wiedergutmachung das Frühstück zu offerieren. Beim Auschecken mussten wir zudem nichts für den Parkplatz und die Getränke aus der Minibar bezahlen. Das war mehr als kulant und eine sehr positive Überraschung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und schön präsentiert.
