Das Restaurant Zum Spöckmeier wurde bereits im Jahre 1450 eröffnet und verfügt sogar über eine eigene Metzgerei. Auf der Speisekarte stehen bayerische, teils unbekannte Spezialitäten, wobei natürlich nicht die Original Münchner Weißwürste fehlen dürfen. Ein weiteres Highlight am Platzl, wie ihn die Münchner auch gerne nennen, ist das Hofbräuhaus Augustiner. Auf der Karte stehen hauseigene Bierspezialitäten und Gerichte aus der Küche Bayerns.

Wir haben die Vorrundenspiele für die Handballweltmeisterschft in der Olypiahalle besucht. Der Olympiapark ist absolut besuchenswert, wir waren auf dem Fernsehturm mit herausragender Sicht, tollem Restaurant...haben Sealife besucht...und die Olympiahalle bei den 3 Spielen genossen.. Vorher Karlsplatz besucht und shoppen gewesen... Gegessen haben wir im Restaurant Asado Steak...alles super in München Laim und dann gibt es noch so viele tolle historische Gebäude zu besichtigen ..
