Haben Sie Lust, gehobene Gourmet-Küche zu genießen, bietet Ihnen die Speisekarte eine große Auswahl an Gerichten aus regionalen und saisonalen Zutaten. Das Motto lautet: Weniger ist mehr. Die Kreationen sind genau durchdacht, die Geschmacksnoten aufeinander abgestimmt. Ausgezeichnete Weine ergänzen das Menü.
Die Klimaanlage war ausgefallen (ausgerechnet in der heissesten Zeit). Das Hotel hat direkt angeboten, uns als Wiedergutmachung das Frühstück zu offerieren. Beim Auschecken mussten wir zudem nichts für den Parkplatz und die Getränke aus der Minibar bezahlen. Das war mehr als kulant und eine sehr positive Überraschung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und schön präsentiert.
